The Protege – Always ready to learn. Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, he started playing the piano at age 11. Six years later the creative energy transformed into DJing and eventually music production. Flourishing for the last seven years, The Protege feels honored and full of gratitude to be a part Edmonton’s surging underground music scene working along side GOMP, THC, and Trancecore Productions. The Protege is blessed to have played at such great music festivals as: Motion Notion, North Country Fair, Astral Harvest Festival.
The Protege credits yoga and holistic energy healing. His abroad study of Moksha Yoga in India gives a great sense of purpose and direction. Opening up in connection of inner joy, Yoga brings balance that creates inspiration of spreading unconditional love through sound. Growing up THE PROTEGE always knew that he’s a musician and performer but it’s the life force of energy of a dance floor that keeps him flowing.
